THE MISSION
TeamLayer is a context engineering platform that solves AI's biggest productivity killers: memory loss and context rot. AI assistants either get overwhelmed with information or completely forget everything between conversations, forcing users to waste hours re-explaining projects, preferences, and context.
Our platform gives AI persistent memory that works across all platforms - ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and more. Our intelligent memory system automatically captures important context, filters out noise, and retrieves exactly what your AI needs when it needs it. Unlike competitors who focus on quantity, we prioritise context quality through advanced filtering and atomic fact storage.
TeamLayer transforms AI from forgetful assistants into trusted partners that actually remember and build on previous work. We're making the world a better place!
We are most proud of having successfully built and deployed our MVP with working MCP integration for Claude and ChatGPT. Most importantly, we refined our value proposition from "AI memory" to "context engineering solution," which resonated much better with our target market of AI power users and research teams, as well as broadening our horizon towards Agentic systems.
The three most valuable aspects of Talent Kick have been: 1) Finding co-founders through the structured networking process, which was essential for building our core team, 2) Access to experienced coaches who provided crucial guidance on team dynamics and 3) The network of advisors and industry connections.
