THE MISSION

MANUKAI introduces a software that seamlessly bridges the gap between Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems. Its innovative solution automates the translation of CAD models into machine instructions, optimising the manufacturing process. The process begins with CAD model post-processing. It ensures the CAD model is manufacturing-ready by conducting thorough geometry validation and repairing any issues.

MANUKAI's algorithms identify manufacturing-specific features like pockets, holes, and complex surfaces, facilitating automatic toolpath generation. Tolerance analysis guarantees compatibility with equipment precision. Part two focuses on toolpath generation and optimisation. It's algorithms create toolpaths based on recognised features, while collision detection mechanisms prevent interference. Optimisation algorithms select toolpaths to minimise cycle time, tool wear, and enhance the machining process.

By integrating design and manufacturing seamlessly, MANUKAI's pipeline reduces lead times, enhances quality, and boosts productivity. Its software prioritises interpretability, scalability, and customisation, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes.
