Tolerance analysis guarantees compatibility with equipment precision. Part two focuses on toolpath generation and optimisation. Their algorithms create toolpaths based on recognised features, while collision detection mechanisms prevent interference. Optimisation algorithms select toolpaths to minimise cycle time, tool wear, and enhance the machining process. By integrating design and manufacturing seamlessly, MANUKAI's pipeline reduces lead times, enhances quality, and boosts productivity.
