THE MISSION

EMPower Innovations is tackling the critical issue of medical non-adherence, focusing on patients with chronic conditions like hypertension. Medication non-adherence significantly increases health risks and places a financial strain on the healthcare system.

Our solution, CareCoord, is a portable pill dispenser paired with a smart app designed to ensure patients take their medication on time and at the correct dosage. The user-friendly system includes an easy setup, medication reminders, and caregiver support. With notification and gamification features, CareCoord is built to enhance patient engagement and improve medical outcomes.
