THE MISSION
Our airborne wind turbines use tethered kites to harness wind energy, replacing traditional towers and blades with a simpler, lighter, and more efficient design.
Imagine a carousel of three kite-surfers flying in coordinated loops—their wings generate mechanical motion just like a conventional wind turbine, but without adding the complexity required for flying wings autonomously. Each wing is controlled with only one moving part, dramatically simplifying operation and maintenance.
By eliminating the need for massive towers and rotors, our system reduces material use, transportation costs, and installation time by an order of magnitude. This innovative approach offers clear advantages for wind developers: it unlocks high-wind regions that are hard to reach with traditional turbines, lowers visual and environmental impact, and accelerates return on investment through lower overall costs.
The Talent Kick program is very good at orienting founders to ask themselves the right questions, and helping them know where to look for the right teammates. In our case, we were already thinking of founding a company together, but Talent Kick really sped up the whole process and made our communication much better. We learned to handle downturns and unexpected issues calmly, while managing to solve them fast. This is greatly thanks to the Talent Kick program because the tools that the team teaches us help greatly in laying down a strategy and knowing what is already solid, and what is still subject to uncertainty. We now often know what to expect from the future, which is quite powerful.
"The part about what makes great teams is particularly valuable for us. It can be hard to find the right team mates, yet one still needs to be very picky. The fact that many members form their teams within Talent Kick really teaches everyone how this process goes and how to make progress fast!"

GET INVOLVED
We’re currently raising a pre-seed round and seeking a pilot partner. If you’re a power producer with space for a small-scale wind turbine—and want to support the development of next-generation, larger-scale systems—we’d love to hear from you.
