THE MISSION
DAN is a system of fractional investment into art for physical galleries. It allows new investors to easily invest in art in galleries by purchasing shares (small tokenised pieces) of an art piece that they like. Instead of needing 200K for a painting, anyone can walk into a gallery and invest 10, 20, or 100 Francs into pieces they love.
With DAN, more collectors can invest in art more frequently. So rather than waiting for that one high-ticket sale, galleries can make money from all of their inventory more consistently. Our blockchain infrastructure ensures the value of art grows transparently over time. DAN helps galleries have consistent income, and helps people shape the world through participating in art.
The combination of this breadth and sustainable focus on validating the idea meant we pivoted our idea in a way that aligns much closer with the client problem we are solving. We also built internal working systems that set us up for the long-term journey of entrepreneurship.
We are most proud of getting specific about the exact problem we are addressing for our clients, and pivoting our idea to be able to actually solve it. We are also working on our first pilot! Personal coaching allowed us to align our personal goals with the business, building work systems in a way that supported our long-term goals.
